CUSTOMER OBSESSION:
- Walk us through a time when you helped a customer through a difficult process and what that looked like.
- Who was the most difficult customer you ever deal with? What did you do to make the customer satisfied?
- Tell me about a time when you did not meet a client’s expectation. What happened, and how did you attempt to rectify the situation?

BIAS FOR ACTION:
